ChronoTrack Timer Conference 2025 will be held at the Hard Rock Resort in Daytona Beach, FL from Sun 2/9 to Weds 2/12. 

Schedule – Subject To Change

Tuesday:

  • 6:00 – 9:00 PM: Farewell Reception (Wave Terrace – drinks, apps, and live music!)

Wednesday:

  • 8 to 9 AM: General Breakfast (Avalon, right)
  • 9 to 10 AM: Owners Forum (Avalon, left)
  • 10 AM to 12 PM: 1:1 By Appointment

1:1s 

The ChronoTrack staff will be available for 1:1’s from 12 PM to 5 PM on Sunday, as well as from 9 AM to 12 PM on Wednesday.

Code Of Conduct

ChronoTrack has established this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to Conference participants and to ensure that all participants understand what behavior is expected, and what behavior will not be tolerated at the Conference. ChronoTrack expects all participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all Conference related events. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media.
The ChronoTrack Timer Conference is available by invitation only. Guests who are not current ChronoTrack Timers and/or invited guests may be removed from the Conference registration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

  • Be considerate and respectful to all participants.
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, materials, and speech.
  • Speak up if you observe anything at a Conference event that violates this Code of Conduct.
  • If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the ChronoTrack event staff immediately.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR: Unacceptable behavior from any Conference participant will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech.
  •  Violence, threats of violence, or violent language.
  • Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language.
  •  Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.
  • Inappropriate photography or recording.
  • Taking photos during Conference events without the prior permission of the individuals or owners of the content therein.
  • Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
  • Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the Conference venues.

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, ChronoTrack may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the event with no refund. For more egregious behavior, ChronoTrack may, in its reasonable discretion, temporarily ban or permanently expel a Participant from the community.
