Evolving for Excellence: A Spring Update to Our Services and What it Means for You

As we take inventory of the services we’ve provided over the years, it’s become clear that the best way for us to continue supporting your events is by focusing on what we do best.

So, after March of this year, ChronoTrack will retire the registration side of CT Live.

This wasn’t a decision we made lightly. Registration has been part of CT Live for years, and we know it’s been part of your race day workflows too. We’re incredibly proud of the role it’s played in helping timers and race directors bring their events to life.

Here’s what you need to know:

-The last day to use Registration on CT Live is March 31, 2026.
-If you have events scheduled before then, you’re all set – no action needed.
-The following registration-related features will still be available within CT Live:

• Packet Pickup
• Scoring
• API
• Photos / Videos
• MicroSites with External Registration Links
• Athlete Updates SMS
• Email Campaigns
• Standard Product & Custom Question Responses
• Imports

Registration Reporting will still be accessible until the end of the year.

-After March 31, the following registration-related features will no longer be available within CT Live:

• Storefront
• Coupons
• Payments
• Payees
• Custom Reg Forms
• Confirmation Emails
• Race Change
• Custom Fees
• Lottery
• Waivers
• Reg Classes

• USAT

Moving forward, this change will allow us to put our full focus into the timing, scoring, and results technology that has powered your events for nearly two decades.

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ve identified Let’s Do This as our preferred registration partner. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to take a look to see if they’re a good fit for your upcoming events.
