New Release: CT Pickup!

CT Pickup has arrived, and it’s designed to make event check-ins faster and easier! Using the latest technology this product uses a web browser to work seamlessly online and offline. This powerful tool includes a variety of functions that make athlete registration, bib assignment, and data management more efficient and user-friendly.

New Features

  • Admin Configuration and Setup
  1. Customizable Athlete Details: Admins can configure which athlete details can be added during the pick-up process. Default settings will be highlighted to ensure ease of use.
  2. Open and Close Dates: Set specific open and close dates for the pick-up process to manage timelines effectively.
  3. QR Code and Link: Get staff and volunteers setup quickly by scanning the PickUp QR code.
  4. Access Requirements: Requires the volunteer’s name and access code. The access code is necessary unless the user has the admin link or scans the QR code.
  • Athlete Check-In
  1. Athlete Search: Search for athletes by name, bib number, or ChronoID. QR codes in confirmation emails can also be scanned for quick access.
  2. Bib Assignment: Assign bib numbers by typing in the number or scanning a QR code. The system supports both plain text numbers (e.g., “123”) and QR codes that link to the IRP in Athlinks.
  3. Confirmation QR Codes: QR codes can be found in confirmation emails and can also be sent out using the CT 2.0 Email tool. Links are available under personalization options.
  • Offline Mode
  1. Seamless Functionality: CT PickUp works both online and offline. When offline, changes are highlighted and queued to be pushed when back online.
  2. Offline Mode Management: Download unsynced changes to ensure no data is lost.
  • Analytics
  1. PickUp Stats: Quickly view the progress of your event PickUp with detailed graphs and metrics around how many athletes have checked in to your event.
  2. PickUp Report: View and Download a report built just for your event the easily detail the summary of your PickUp
