What got fixed?
When manually syncing results to Athlinks, users would sometimes receive a “ParentBracketID” error that would prevent results from syncing. The only way to work around this issue was to delete the Bracket noted in the error and then re-add it.
What’s it like now?
We’ve made some changes to CT Live’s code that will ensure that all future Brackets in CT Live will have a valid ParentBracketID. Additionally, we’ve run a script that added in any missing ParentBracketIDs for existing Brackets. Users should no longer encounter this error when using the Force Sync feature.
