We have made a change to how your athletes will get in touch with you when they have questions! When setting up NEW events, it will be required that the admin user inserts a Reply To email address before a form can be released. For existing events that don’t have this currently filled out, they will also notified of this requirement when they go to release a new form.
If a user attempts to release a new registration form without this field populated, they will receive this error:
Note: The reply-to address is the address that receives the email if an athlete hits “reply” on their confirmation email.
