What got fixed?
Map Tracking is a great way for Spectators and Athletes to visualize Results overlaid on-top of a map that to provide additional context such as insights into how elevation could affect pace. Both Spectators and Athletes can interact with previously passed Timing Points by touching the Timing Point on the map to get additional details. We recently discovered that if a user clicked a Timing Point that was missing Timing Data it would say “50 Years Ago” which could cause confusion.
What’s it like now?
We’ve identified and fixed this issue. Now, if an athlete is missing a split time, the Map will display “No Timing Data Available” when that point is clicked.
