Say Goodbye To Chargeback Reserves

We have some exciting news to share – our chargeback reserve policy has ended! That means that you will no longer need to keep track of the reserve amount.

This policy was instituted during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic due to higher chargebacks by athletes. Though we are continuously navigating “the new normal,” the industry has begun to move forward and chargebacks have fallen back in line with pre-pandemic norms.

All races who have a 20% reserve in their accounts will see that additional amount released with this week’s payment. Moving forward all monies will be released in full on our normal weekly schedule, except the final race week payments which are held for 2 weeks allowing Race Directors or their staff to finalize any late refunds.
